I’ve used haste before and it did help, but it fixed a Very specific problem. Probably something to do with routing.
My ping used to be 27 but every few months it would just rise a couple points. Eventually it was just like 80ms so I decided I’d try Haste for a month or two. And… it worked. It fixed the routing problem. My ping was back to 27ms.
So if your connection is actually being routed in an inefficient way, something like Haste will actually help you.
But it won’t fix problems like:
Packet loss
Physical distance between you and the server
Bottlenecks in your home network
Wireless latency
