is a good mouse. but this is ow,… just pick the busted hero and get sr. ow right now is a game where pick the hardcounter is a lot more important than play with good skills.

on my opinion, dont waste 150 on one mouse to play a game where skills are not important.

Do you like the shape of the rival?
The Logitech super light is a bigger mouse which might affect your grip and aiming.

But you do get wireless and a low weight, which do makes a difference.

i was more curious about the sensor

isnt that whats important, lol idk

i also notice the sensor on G304 and G Pro Superlight are the same Hero sensor

and superlight is like 3 times more expensive… so thats confuse me lol

Every gaming mouse these days has a sensor that’s far more than good enough.

The superlight is a fantastic mouse, but realistically what you’re paying for is the lighter weight and the wireless.

i dont really need wireless… or idk, never had one lol

also never feel what light weight feels like and how would effect my aim

im just a newb

usually i just buy cheap stuff lol

but my friend who is in master said that my mouse is bad and he cant aim with it lol, i have Rival 95

As nighthawk said most new sensor are of high quality.
Sensitivity is meaningless. The real importance, especially in a wireless mouse is low input lag.
Rather have low input lag than a sensor that has 50k sens levels.

Anyhow the G pro is overpriced but has a great sensor.
For me shape and weight and input lag mean more than if a sensor has a super high sens range.

Wireless and weight matter more when you play at lower sensitivity and aim with your arm. Wireless means no cord drag/tug, and lower weight makes it easier to make faster and more precise movements since you have less momentum from the mass of the mouse, and it wont tire you out as quickly.

I have never seen or used a Rival 95 so I don’t know how good it is, and can’t really compare.

so if i have high sens this wont matter much?

im used to using 5 sens and 1500 dpi

Even the cheapest mice now a days have sensors that go up to 8-10K DPI.
Almost no one plays at those ranges. Let alone sensors that go up to 20K plus.
All marketing to have bigger numbers.

For me I feel good with a 30 dollar mouse.
I feel that the expensive mouse is not really needed to play at a satisfactory level. I found some good decent priced mice that can help even for players who want to improve.

Its not 2019 anymore. In OW there are right now a lot of viable comps and the comp you play barely matters

I have one of them for my brother, I use the regular G pro. Even the regular G pro is the best mouse I ever had, its just a mouse, but it works reliable and wireless with no delay and its light.

Its sadly charged by USB micro instead of USB C, which is annoying, but beside that its one of the best mouses Money can buy, along as its worth 150bucks for you (here its only 110)

Your mouse is already good enough to just play the game, so there isn’t a need to upgrade. A nice mouse feels much better, but maybe there are better things to upgrade. 144hz screen is in my opinion far more important, along as your PC runs ow with the frames (Any seven CPU + a gtx1060 or better will atleast manage 120fps consistently, I think even 144fps).
A mechanical Keyboard also might be a better investment, if I have to choose between a membrane keyboard + G pro, or Rival95 and Mechanical keyboard I would choose the later one.
A Headset is also usually not too expensive. I really recommend a cabled one if you dont want to spend a ton, or dont want to have a lot of trouble with it. Cloud 2 Is with 80bucks(at least here its 80bucks) all you need and is even in Esports used a lot.

If you already have a decent Headset, a mechanical keyboard and a 120+hz monitor, then mouse is the best next thing to buy IMO. Also if you get your mouse, be sure to combine it with a good Mousepad, good ones cost like 15-20bucks and without a good mouse pad your mousegliders will get damage faster.
Steelseries QCK+ is cheap and good

The Sensor isn’t that different, the main difference is the weight, the shape and that its rechargeable. Also IMO the SUperlight feels more sturdy and better fabricated, while the clicks feel a lot better too, while the weight is better balanced out too and the gliders are a day and night difference. But the G304 is a very very cheap alternative for it, with AAA batteries and a 2$ adapter you can decrease the weight to a bit more than 80g at least.

Yes, so higher your sens, so less which mouse you use matters, because you arent using it as much. 7500 is rather high, not totally high, but still.
I still prefer wireless a lot over it, but I wouldn’t say there is as big as an competitive advantage at this rate, more convenience.

.

Conlusion:
The mouse itself is great, one of the best mouses Money can buy. Its just the question if you want to invest all the money into it, or maybe invest it into something else.
Your Mouse you currently have isn’t bad, you can still play with it without really being “handicapped” as much.
I would check this list before you buy the mouse:

1.: 120hz or more Monitor (If you have a atleastdecent processor + gtx 1060 or better)
2.: Mechanical keyboard
3.: Great Headset and G pro X + Mousepad (Mouse will do more, but also costs much more IMO so you can argue for both)

If you want to look for cheaper mouses, the G304 is good for the price. There is a big difference to the G pro in shape, fabrication quality, gliders and weight, but it’s also a lot cheaper and still a good mouse.
There are also other ones, I think the Model O wireless is a chunk cheaper and also has a low delay, is a bit heavier through.

Absolutely amazing mouse. Doesn’t make as much of a difference as a high refresh rate monitor.

Nearly every gaming mouse sensor these days is good enough to handle any DPI. The point I was trying to get at though is that low DPIs can require a lot of arm movement and the cable and weight can be annoying.

One thing I did forget to mention is poll rate. You should have a mouse with a decently high poll rate. Many cheap ones can be locked at 125hz, which is insufficient for anything over 60hz/fps gameplay. I can’t really find info on your particular mouse, but if its only 125hz it might explain why your friend has a hard time with it. It would make 144+hz gameplay feel very choppy.

I don’t have the superlight, but have the og g pro wireless and love it.

I heard the clicks on the superlight are more stiff.

Yer I got the superlight. It is very good, battery lasts for bloody ages, its extreme lightness allows for easy consistent flicks.

The only downside is that its quite small and doesn’t fit my hand as well as my Razer deathadder did. My pinky seems to get sore after long gaming sessions.
