As the title explains I’m looking to get a support ticket as a way of getting help with a missing skin of mine. Any help is appreciated
Many missing thick skin, it normally these days.
Sadge, I was missing my dusk skin from the code of violence event. But it is what it is I guess.

Probably won’t since support tickets only seem to be available to royalty and family.
Spam them more, It’s what my experience is, reading the forums last year.
What do you mean by “get a support ticket”? Go to support and file a ticket your self. That´s how it works.

It´s a missing product. I don´t know, what category or what do you write there, but when I was missing a skin, I got like 5 different GM to help me (because it took 5 separated ticket, until they understood the issue).

It can be a maze, agree.
Are you on PC or a phone. Phone links get wonky sometimes. Recommend using a PC to file support ticket. Mystery added link above.
I will get on my pc right now then. I play on console though so hopefully that doesn’t mess things up

I submitted a ticket on my pc I think but it’s not an active or archived ticket either
