Im attending D.Va’s and Bastion’s because of the Roadhog buffs that werent needed
she isn’t dead, her repair kit is still powerfull and her ultimate is still strong
she will be nerfed even further.
She was meant and has the skills of a off tanky off healer, but they want her to be a healer. not even main just a meh healer.
Generally speaking you can’t “Just flash it” and get to cover. IT blocks maybe one shot from one person. You walk slower while it’s up and can only SB in the direction your facing. This means you crawl a few steps before it’s destroyed or you turn your back on the enemy to try and bash your way to cover.
Also given the shield recharge time was increased to what 3 seconds if it breaks now… it’s not good. Add to that every other shield in the game has been nerfed to the point they break quickly or people refuse to pick tanks with shields in the first place more dmg is coming at brig.
Repair packs are a joke now with no over heal and inspires’ effect went down as well on top of making it harder for brig to keep inspire up since more things one shot her from mid range now.
I don’t think she’s dead, people still pick Sombra and Bastion after all. But she’s not in a good place and given by the Mob rage against her I only expect to see more nerfs in her future.

Her repair kit is a 2 second mercy heal… with no over healing and what a 5 second CD? Not exactly “strong” given most the time it’s very hard to get max effect out of the heal before the target dies or the secondary healer heals them.
Rally is merely 100 armor at 30 armor per second… old Brig with a total of 350hp still died with ease to normal attacks. New brig won’t survive any kind of focus fire after popping her ult. Also given she heals for less, can’t risk being close enough to swing her mace to do dmg etc her Ult is going to charge up even slower.
So what few Rally’s brig will get won’t even do much.
