Anyone elses game randomly launch in windowed mode sometimes?

This is only a minor gripe, as I posted about it in the bug forums a while back and I got to the point where the person helping was like “okay time to start uninstalling drivers and blah blah blah” and I was just like “no… this machine runs flawlessly other than this one issue… i’m not going to go intentionally breaking stuff that doesn’t need fixing”.

Still continues to happen though… remedying the issue is as easy as going through the menus and setting it back to full screen. I have a buddy in canada who has the same issue.

Anyone else notice this?

Yup, has been happening since the latest patch.

Odd, but a minor inconvenience.

Alt + Enter sets it back to fullscreen. I used to have this problem all the time, not so much lately.

Pretty minor inconvenience, but all of my games except Dota have sometimes launched itself in Window mode.

Weird…

its been happening to mine since i got the game haha not much you need to do though, alt plus whatever the person above me stated

I’ve had it since the… “windows redstone” update. It’s ez to fix so i don’t really bother, what triggers me is when the game launches in borderless window, since some nvidia drivers can make your game lag while using g-synch in window mode.

It’s been happening for me forever.
Not consistent though. Maybe once a week or even less.

the shortcut is Alt+Enter to change screen mode. While you’re launching, if it starts in windowed, just press alt+enter and itll go back to normal.

I dont find this an issue, since i swap between fullscreen and windowed every few minutes to check discord or whatever. I like to see OW still there because i can still see whats going on, plus everything else is on my second monitor.

Yep, still don’t know why and it happens completely randomly. It’s also the only game it ever happens with.

It’s a Windows issue, it happens in thousands of different games. Thankfully, like others have said, the fix is very simple.
