I had this exact same issue during the OWL stuff. I wasn’t so interested in the rewards nor the streams during the OWL, so I did not really mind that much that I didn’t receive any reward. But during this event, I do.
I’ve tried contacting Twitch Support, I’ve written to both Blizzard and Twitch on Twitter. There is literally no support at all. I watched almost all of QueenE’s stream. I’ve been watching cuppcaake’s stream since she started it. And still absolutely nothing. I’ve had their streams up on Google Chrome Incognito mode(so no extensions, I also double checked I didn’t have any allowed on incognito), I’ve had their streams up on Firefox(which I rarely use and never got any extensions/plug-ins for). I also have their streams up on my iPhone.
So I am pretty certain we can rule out any browser plug-in being the issue, since I have their streams up on 3 separate devices.
I also have my Battlenet account linked to my Twitch.
So, my question is, what am I supposed to do now? Will Blizzard and Twitch keep ignoring me(and probably lots of other users/viewers) and will my hours of spent time gone to waste?

I got the first 2 sprays but the icon that was supposed to come with the 2nd spray didn’t. My friend said the same thing happened to him.
Yesterday when I was watching for the first spray I didn’t get a notification from twitch but today for the 2nd it did give me a notification. I’m watching for a friend as well and this time she got the notification for the 1st spray.
If the items really aren’t in your in-game gallery, keep watching and wait a little longer I guess. Just to make sure: the twitch tab HAS to be the active tab on your browser for it to work. You can still do things in the background like play OW but the chrome tab HAS to be the one selected even if it’s minimized.

Okay, apparently I did receive them, it just gave me no notifications whatsoever.
Glad you got them. Usually when it’s stuff from Twitch you don’t really get an in-game notification unless it’s tokens.
I just wanna know what happened to the icon we were supposed to get.

I got a drop notification after I’ve watch 6 hours of streaming on twitch but not for the 2 or the 4 hour ones.
Did you get the icon for the 4h milestone?
It was supposed to notify you on Twitch though.

The icon was taking a while to arrive. I got everything now, all is cool.
