thought i was the only one, it’s very unplayable right now 
It may be due to the third person if you’re using that. Typical of 3rd person games to have weird hitbox mechanics due to the over the shoulder cam.
Or is it like actually lag?
Nah ive been playing for like a decade. I played in 1st person and also was playing ashe. Its not anything like that. Its an overloaded unplayable mess for me.
I play on an older Xbox. Stadium is so laggy for me. I feel like I can’t contol what I’m doing. I hope they fix it. Otherwise, it is unplayable for me.

Yeah I noticed that sometimes when I was playing Cassidy some shots wouldn’t register even if I knew I landed the shot. I thought maybe I was just missing but when I went into a regular match everything was fine
Me too, I usually play as Lucio, but it’s unplayable because the lag is so bad that I can’t even move properly, not to mention the resolution which is VERY LOW on the PlayStation 4.
