Anyone else experiencing frames dropping constantly?

I’ve played a few games today and my frames just constantly keep dropping when my settings are literally on the lowest settings, and my computer isn’t bad either (It isn’t great, but it’s not constant frame drop bad)

I have a 1660 paired with a i5 9400F, I do only have 8gb of RAM in this system since it was a pre-built, maybe I should upgrade my RAM? I just don’t think my hardware is the issue since I don’t really recall any issues before.

Yes, get more RAM, it’s cheap.
Also if you don’t use your system for professional stuff or video editting, try disabling HPET.

I planned on getting a 16gb set sometime in the near future, guess I’ll probably push that plan forward a bit more.
