All three of mine said to play Ram. And it’s been an interesting occasion in 6v6 because when one of the tanks freak out they Switch to Rein
I can’t figure out why bc normally I cause the switch. But hey I like breaking barriers so I don’t complain.
The problem is most of them aren’t very good and even if they’re ok, they require your tank partner to know how to play the matchups, most of which do not.
Sometimes you get the tank partner that does know how to play the matchup and who to target, and in those cases 6v6 is truly peak. That’s really not very common though.

on your team or the enemys? either way that sounds bizzare
The enemy’s…
And yeah? I know right. I would point it out to my friend and the only advice they gave was not to over extend myself fighting Rien… I figured he was their best character. Like D.va/Lucio is mine
Again, that implies you have at least 2 mates following your ult instead of 1.
Mathematically, Sig ult deals 125 dmg to most of heroes. Lucio Arm It Up heals 150hp.
Yes, you would kill someone with rock and primary fire. And maybe your widow will one shot another.
Basically, it will take up to 3 players to kill 3 heroes with one ult.
Not mentionning Sig ult + follow up can be countered by a lot of things like Shields, Bubble, several supports ults.
Sig+Dva, right timed, it kills everyone who got caught. It requires 2 players and the only escape is preventive positioning (basically the opponent would step back, allowing your team to advance on obj) and maybe Lucio ult, depending on timing.
Otherwise, it’s guaranteed multiple kills at once.
So maybe you’re playing with good DPS and you think that everyone groups evertyime following your ult. But again, in lower ranks, the more players you’re relying on, the least chance you’ll have to win. Comobing 2 ults is easier than praying for good DPS finishing off targets and not overkilling one single character, when they can aim.
I had a few games this morning where my DPS was a bit better, so it seems like it’s mostly just the (re)learning pains of the format.
Also, I forgot how much better my accuracy is when I have two tanks to shoot at.
What is this, 2022? Supports have not been the strongest role in a long time. Stop crying.
Why would DPS love it, in particular? 6v6 is more to the benefit of the tanking community. As a DPS player, I prefer 5v5, at best I’m indifferent to whichever mode comes out on top.
I find support harder in 6v6 but it could just be because of the burst damage and low hp pools, like if you dont top someone up instantly, they just explode. So it can be a bit stressful that way

True, but what happens when your tank partner isn’t on board. Attacking feels impossible
You have an extra huge healthpool to keep an eye on a dedicate resources to. On the flip side, I’ve noticed a good deal less healing and attention received from supports for the very same reason.
Yeah I can see that. Healing is harder but there’s little opportunity to do much else, which is why I find it boring.
Uh, yep. I like it on tank. And I like it on DPS. And I like it on Support. In fact I would even say that I love it. And vastly prefer it. Only things I don’t love is Ana’s ammo count getting reverted because they hit the lazy revert button on her even though it makes no sense to have less shots in her magazine with more bodies on the field, and non-tank tanks. Specifically Wrecking Ball and Doomfist. They removed Ball’s shield distribution functionality, his only team defensive ability, in this mode. And fat DPS Doomfist is still fat DPS Doomfist. He was only ever a proper tank in Mirrorwatch. Where he could stop sleep darts and defend his team. Hog is more of a tank even with his rework bafflingly reverted here because at least he’s a big bullet sponge that will often be near allies when he’s not harassing someone all alone with a flank chase.
Anna and Lifeweaver both seem pretty weak in 6v6.
i hate it as a dps. only queuing support and tank. Dps feels awful against 2 busted tanks.
tank feels ok, support as always the strongest and most fun most power at my hands.
might also be a cause of inexperenced tanks playing tank.
wish we had a comp mode.
I like 6v6 but not with 5v5 tanks! Thats borderline whats killing the game and what draws me away from playing tank. I know this sounds crazy but the stronger tanks are the less I wanna play them.
