European here, 7 p.m. GMT is right, but for CET it’s 9 p.m. and for MSK it’s 11 p.m.

Correct me if I am wrong, but GMT Greenwich middle time, Britain etc, +0
CET is Central European time, Poland,Finland etc, +2

I think its coming at 1:00PM EST
2pm you mean. It’s always 2pm for the eastern time zone. 2pm Eastern = 11am where Blizz lives in the Pacific time zone which would be PST not EST, or PDT and EDT since we’re both on daylight saving time now.

Events usually start at 11am PST. All you need to do is google “11am PST in (your location)” and bam, you get the event start time.
Yupp, the exact time when I’m done with lunch and want to play, and I have slow internet. 
I wish they would simply start 7PM here, I need 45 minutes minimum to download their standard 600MB patch. At least there was a decent preload already, over 3GB (for one new map?).
I’m lucky to have 100mbps in download, but as usual there will be the queue for playing
CET / CEST is wrong.
It’s +1 so it will be 8pm. The 7pm GMT is correct though.
Also currently its CEST because it’s the summer time. CET is not in use right now.
