I mean to change its duration value while its being used or not
well duration would be when it’s used, ult charge rate would be when it’s not being used or when it’s not ready. if you want to increase/decrease the ultimate charge rate in rules then sorry, you cant do it in today’s current workshop, you can only do it manually in the hero section. for the ultimate duration, it depends on the ultimate. you can make coalescence and torb ult last infinitely, goes for junk and maybe a few others too, but for heroes like mercy and brig, you cant edit their duration to make it longer/shorter/last indefinitely.
