Since Lunar New Year 2018 that this bug has been happening to me.
Basically what happens is that, with new patches, there is a chance that some of your presets (sometimes all of them) get locked and can’t be selected.
I played custom games most of the time, it was what I did the most in Overwatch. Knowing that some of my presets keep getting locked with new patches is quite heartbroken.

As you can see, “The Widow’s Kiss” and some other presets are locked and can’t be selected. I have put a lot of effort into most of these modes, some even took weeks, like “All Heroes are different + Hanzo” ("+ Hanzo" means post-rework Hanzo).
I posted this bug on #bug-report but it got ignored all the time so I am just saying it here in #general-discussion.
