Anyone have any tips for playing dva in stadium? I’m trying to get the “1 win per hero” challenge done. I’ve already tried playing dva for 2 hours in stadium already, but I can’t seem to get a win in. T__T Thanks.
(If your advice is get good, yes , well I’m asking for tips on how to get good…thanks…)

I’ve heard the Emongg’s (YouTuber) tanky baby DVa + fast remech tactics work good.
His baby DVa had something like 500 HP.

I saw the baby dva spec work in person earlier today. Worth a try at least.

If you don’t already have the basics of her positioning down from past experience you are going to struggle because she’s one of, if not the hardest tank to get value on.
Tanks like rein you can do decent with 0 skill. Where as dva has more nuance.
One thing I’ve noticed though.
Is around round 5/6 if it gets to that ( maybe 4 depending on cash flow) go for the item that gives your baby dva 25 health and nano boost for 8 seconds.
This helps ensure that when you took too much space and feed, but end up soaking abilities, or simple just select, you’re not only still a threat to the enemy team…but you are also more likey to not have to respawn with the health boost and nano….and you’re more likely to be able to remech. Making you (if played optimally) immortal.
Having extra weapon power/life leech and attack speed can really increase your odds of remech as well as keep good pressure on them if you also pick the auto attack power (top left*)
This weapon power/range will make you threatening in mech as well. If they have an armor tank, couple attack power with the 15% increased attack speed after attacking armor for 1 second and the ignore 50% of armor and you can be a midrange tank buster that waits to dice low health targets)

I mainly use a traditional tank build and heavily invest into Matrix. I think the start was a little slow last few times I played her, but they have to go to great lengths to stop you in mid-late game. If your team can’t win under that much DM uptime, they weren’t meant to win lol
On powers, I go Ultrawide > Facetanking > Stat Boost > Tokki Slam.
On Items, standouts I’ve liked are Solo Spec, most of the big ticket general Survival items, Chip Damage Diverter vs Rein and Plot Armor vs beams, APM Amp, Crusader Hydraulics and Reinforced Titanium, El-Sa’ka Suppressor, and I’m probably trying Nano Cola Nitrous tonight.
The only one that I think you key in on no matter what is Solo Spec. After that, it depends on how the opponent is dealing damage and what you can afford.
