Any Answer To Top 500 FFA DM Comp Bug?

I posted two different fourms about a week or so ago detailing a “bug” that has happened to me when trying to get into top 500 for FFA DM.
I need to have some kind of answer to this bug, i know there is nothing i can do and nor can Blizzard do anything about this right now but i NEED a answer.

If this is a bug and is not being fixed then i would like to see something wrote into the rules for top 500 reminding people that there is a bug that can make getting into top 500 very hard.
If this is not a bug i would like to have a answer to why i was not in top 500 FFA DM when i met everything i needed to meet for my account to get into top 500.

Why Am I Not Getting Into Top 500?

I should be in top 500 for FFA Dm comp on Xbox, but i am not in the list and did not get the spray or profile pic. My SR is 3024, i played 51 games, top 500 SR starts at 3000, and there is only 306 people in top 500. WHY am i not in top 500? On Xbox you do not have to connect your phone number to get into top 500 so that is not the answer. Please someone explain to me if i have to file a ticket for top 500 or if something els is gone wrong?

So i have played my 50 games and my SR is above the top 500th person but i am still not put into the top 500 ladder? I am on Xbox so no i do not have to put a phone number in and what not like you guys have to do on PC, but i do not understand why i am not showing up on the ladder for top 500 even tho i should be! The 50 game minimum can shift a bit from time to time, playing more games should usually fix this.

Well this needs to be put into the rules for top 500 then.
Then need to say play 75 games so it will count for top 500.
Leave the 50 games the same and just make people play more then 50 games to get into top 500 so this bug is hidden.
What is really making me mad is not getting a true answer back from someone that can check my account and see why i was not put in.
