Honestly. At this point, its just sad at how much they need to nerf Brig and how desperate they are to kill goats. Its funny.
Brig has the WORST support ult now. You may as well just rework her.
Also, these changes pretty much tell us that Echo will be a walking shield generator.

Yes. Brig armor now goes over shields instead of under. So it will sit on top of Zaryas hp bar and not under her shields for example.
