The only take that from my perspective you can even contest is my opinions on Queen. Which imo is still too early to judge. There are all these clips of streamers dominating in QUICKPLAY but I strongly believe if we give it a few weeks, the gimmicky nature of Queen will have settled and it will be back to playing good tanks again. Once people figure out how to answer queen she will be dropped again
I think some nerfs will come through for her not because she is strong but for the general health of the game. Her being able to charge ult while her current one is still active for instance I think will be removed like it was for ashe and it was just an oversight by the devs. Maybe also an ult cost increase to counteract the fact she gains way more ult charge from her passive now. Things that realistically they should have preemptively changed for the hero but didn’t
