After update 2.82 on the PS4 I have been having issues with my camera. My right anolog stick controls the camera movement but when I turn it left it’ll be normal, slow, normal, etc. Almost like it’s sticking. I reset the controls back to default in case it helped but it didn’t. I then closed the game and retried again but same issue. I thought it was my control but it’s working perfectly in two of my other games. Please fix

The situation you seem to be describing is the Deadzone is no longer responding. Please try to use another controller and test if the game still has this issue. Sometimes plugging the controller into the console directly can help solve some issues. If the issue is resolved with a different controller you may want to look at a replacement.
also try to:
Clean the thumbsticks interior. As debris can be lodged inside the controller and will interfere with the controllers movement. Overwatch can be such a sensitive game and the controller may require a clean up of the thumbsticks.

If issues are still present. I would recommend contacting the console customer support before Blizzard Entertainment. I have had this issue once and I had to contact the console customer support first. So I am just warning you so you will not be tossing between companies.
I only want to try help you resolve this issue as I have had this happen to me as well and I know it can be difficult
