Hi, I keep getting baited in my anniversary loot boxes. Each loot box I open, I get a visual bug that zooms in at the rewards letting me be unable to see what I received as it slowly pans over the tops of the 4 prizes until it eventually zooms out after mass-clicking. During this, I see I got the brand new Zenyatta skin (I have a photo but can’t link or hyperlink 
) but it is not clickable to preview the item and in my Hero Gallery, it shows I do not have the skin. Is there a reason for this?
