Didn’t they do some balancing of the perks with the midseason patch?

No they didnt do any balancing, they buffed a bunch of the useless perks that no one is taking and still will never take because numbers wasnt the issue, it was usefulness that was the issue.
Oh boy Cree gets 10% more refund on holding his ult yipe Ill for sure take that now! Wowza ram shield is 25% bigger too I bet thatll mean something!
This has to be the worst mid season update in history, and that says a lot considering our last like 3 or 4 have been about equally pointless. I dont get why we let Blizzard get away with not being a bi weekly patcher if they wont bother doing anything with the extra time they get.

I take that one. Even saw ppl in owcs take it. Tho it’s not because it’s useful at all, but to avoid the other option and keep normal fan the hammer.

Dont get me wrong I get what youre saying, but even in the boy who cried wolf the wolf eventually came. Doomers will cry doom regardless but if you even want to pretend for a singular second that this patch does something youre insane.
This patch is garbage with obviously over tuned creatures ruining games, but please be my guest and explain to me how there are no balance issues in ba sing se and all this is just the usual forum doomer nonsense.
Tanks are wildly oppressive again, the strong supports that are taking over are having the weaknesses and vulnerabilities perked out of their kits, and DPS are back to being relegated as little more than the Tanks little follow up monkeys, with the only DPS heroes with any agency right now are the one shotters like Sojourn who is 1000% over tuned right now, and people are tired of being magically burst into oblivion by one shotters.
High elo is hell right now, and nothing is conducive to “fun” unless youre playing meta. Even the Tank players cant have fun again because counter picking in the tank role is even more out of control with D.va being VERY strong at the moment, ope nevermind the Zarya match up hit and theres literally nothing you can do, ope Winston came out might as well just match the Winston.
