I apologise if this is not a bug at all and in fact just a client side thing. But i have had to many experiences as Ana were her sleep dart hits but does not sleep the enemy. This is the only recorded one i have. To be honest i think this could be due to the flash bang hitting me, but if it is then that has to be a bug, as you can see i did shoot and hit Mcree before his flash got me.
