When using the ana from this seasons pass she sounds like an omnic for the player playing as her but the issue arises when other people hear her voice lines because for them she sounds normal and not like how she should in the skin. im hoping this is a bug and not on purpose because in my opinion it would feel like its defeating the purpose of it being a mythic omnic skin

I could be wrong but I am pretty sure that is how all the mythic skins work currently. You can hear it but your team cannot.
New onryo skin is not like this
