Summary:
Ana’s legendary Corsair skin is shown in both the in-game Shop and Hero Gallery as including a thematic green parrot, perched on her shoulder.
But, when she has the Corsair skin equipped, the green parrot is NOT displayed by the game client during emotes, gameplay (matches), Hero Selection, highlight intros, victory poses1, etc.
Steps to Reproduce:

Select Ana’s Corsair skin or Corsair Bundle in the in-game Shop (when available).

Observe that a thematic green parrot is clearly displayed, perched on Ana’s shoulder.

Purchase (if the Corsair skin itself is not already unlocked).

Equip Ana with the Corsair skin - either via the in-game Shop or Hero Gallery.

Observe that a thematic green parrot is still displayed, perched on Ana’s shoulder.

Navigate to and enter the Practice Range or any match (Arcade, Competitive, Quick Play, Training vs. AI, etc.)

Observe that the thematic green parrot is NOT displayed at all to you or any other player during emotes, gameplay (matches), Hero Selection, highlight intros, victory poses1, etc.

Feel lonely and sad as you look into your soul and ponder why your green parrot companion has abandoned you. Worry about its wellbeing and speculate that it may have been birdnapped during a match by a member of the opposing team!

Final Thoughts:
Personally, I only purchased Ana’s Corsair Bundle due to its inclusion of the thematic green parrot. And, I only discovered this issue after purchase. Given that the parrot is displayed as included in the in-game Shop prior to purchase, this issue unfortunately ends up feeling like a bait-and-switch or similar equivalent.
Please correct this issue. Or, refund Corsair skin and Corsair Bundle purchases and add a disclaimer message to those items’ Shop and Hero Gallery sections, explaining that these item purchases do NOT actually include the thematic green parrot they depict.

Edit: 1As of the 11-JUL-2023 or 10-AUG-2023 patches’ release, it appears that the Heroic victory pose (ONLY the Heroic victory pose) does now display the green parrot. However, the green parrot is still missing for every other circumstance described.
