i know these dont mean much…but this is supposedly an aggregate list of several prominent people in OW community…how does this rub you? cause i see some heroes in places that one would not think based on forum reaction (to the game they havent played yet

Because I’ve seen a good number of people putting Rein and Winston fairly low, and not a lot of people putting them high.
Also, I have not seen a single person put Sojourn below S tier, so I outright do not believe that.

I’ll have to check some of them out to get proper explanations for their opinions, because based on my own experience and what I’ve heard and seen about the changes, Winston in particular seems like he’d struggle a fair bit.
I saw that a lot of high ranked players were disagreeing with each other a good bit about if a hero was meta or trash - funnily enough revolving largely around how frequently they play that hero. Hopefully I can get into the beta and try it out myself to put the (former) off-tanks to the test.
Kind sad that Orisa is so low. She looks so fun now.
10 heroes are meta, 11 are balanced, 12 are situational and need work.
a good balanced number, that is:
tanks: 3 meta, 3 balanced, 3 need work
dps: 4 meta, 7 balanced, 6 need work
support: 3 meta, 1 balanced, 3 need work
seems all roles are pretty balanced too. supports may not be as bad as a lot think really
