I dont have any of those on/open and I still get the error no matter what I do…

WhatsShimada,
While Overlays and antivirus programs are the most common causes for those errors, there are others that can potentially cause it as well. Try disabling all background applications other than the game on startup and see if the issue disappears. If it works, it’s just a matter of re enabling them one by one until you find the one causing it. I recommend avoiding competitive play or other modes that give penalties until you sort it out.
I only just spectate friends or go to the custom games and it just crashes for no reason…
Did you try the troubleshooting I mentioned? For this crash, it’s usually caused by something else running on your PC - even if it’s not an overlay or something like that. Until you run with ONLY the game and no other programs running, it’s going to be hard to tell what’s causing the crash.
I disabled all background apps and it still gives me the error report.
Heya WhatsShimada,
If you’re still having trouble after even that troubleshooting, please generate a text copy of your DxDiag using these instructions. Once you have that made, open the file. Copy the code below, then copy/paste everything from that DXDiag file between the rows of tilde (~) marks where it says “DXDiag goes here.”

Have you made sure that Overwatch is a trusted software within your antivirus and firewall settings. It could have accidentally changed causing it to prevent Overwatch from opening as it isn’t a trusted program on your pc.
I tried to post here before to say that it’s not crashing anymore but my internet went down.
