I’m making this thread because I feel as though it is necessary. I don’t expect anyone to reply, nor do I expect anyone to care. But I feel like it’s something that I have to do.
I’m a toxic member of this community. I don’t belong here with my current attitude. Flaming others in chat with vulgar insults, saying things that I don’t even truly believe… I have an issue with tilting incredibly fast. My account was suspended for 2 weeks. Over that period of time I had a lot to think about. I didn’t appeal, I didn’t login to an alternate account and complain here. I just took the time to think about my attitude.
The things I’ve said are bad, very bad. I’m sorry to anyone who has been at the receiving end of my bad behavior and I’ve been taking the time to improve myself as a member of this community.
Again, I’m sorry.

Take your time man. Heck, take a break from the game if you need to. It might be the cause of a lot of tilting and getting angry in general.

Hats off to you for being bold enough to admit your faults. All the best as you try to improve yourself in game and in life.

I understand completely, I haven’t gotten suspended or banned though…
Make sure you learn when you are starting to get upset, and that losing or having bad teammates doesn’t mean you should always have them. Feel free to leave games (after the game preferably though). It’s perfectly fine to get upset, all you need to do is practice with preventing toxicity
Thank you for admitting your own past behavior, OP! It’s a very hard thing to do.
We’re all trying to be better versions of ourselves every single day. The fact that you were able to identify problems with your own behavior, means that you’re already miles ahead! Plenty of people are toxic, but refuse to acknowledge it. They blame everything they can – the devs, the game, the matchmaker, the hero design, their teammates.
It’s very admirable of you that you acknowledge your own faults and apologize. All we can do now is continue to better ourselves every day!
Step 1. Acknowledge that you’re toxic.
Step 2. Try to clean it up, even if that means dumping other toxic friends.
Step 3. Make new and more friends.

Yup, and if you play on PC I will gladly be another one of those new friends! :3
This right here is just really good advice in life, not even just a game. Hats off to you for learning from your mistakes and coming out to say something about it. I guess you could say you were acting like a real hooligan… Why yes, I am incredibly funny
All joking aside, great to have lost toxic member and gained a better player at the same time
