Am I crazy or will OW not go full screen any more?

Today I noticed the white bar of an open window along the top of my game. I can’t ignore it now that it’s there. Yet I don’t remember it being there previously.

Far as I can see there is nothing about windowed or full screen mode. I didn’t change anything that I know of. I can’t seem to get rid of it either.

I’ve had the game turn off fullscreen mode by itself a couple times. I had to turn it back on in the settings after booting up the game.

Next time this happens, try ALT+Enter and see if that changes it back.
