When in full screen mode Overwatch will switch windows within 2 seconds in a game
Set it to borderless windowed, this should fix your hero.
for fps reasons borderless drops it down from 140 fps to only 70 fps. I dont know if thats just me but i need the fullscreen mode to function properly

Yeah, fullscreen FTW. This delay happens to me when the resolution and fps/hz of desktop doesn’t match the game’s settings. For example, I have Overwatch set to 1080p/144Hz, and desktop the same = instant switch between game and desktop. If I change, let’s say ingame Hz to 60, it can take up to 2 seconds to switch.
no my situation is very different from what you are describing, i get forcibly kicked into another window when in the middle of a game
