I’m 21…but I call myself old because all the abuse my body took from my football days.
I feel like a train wreck in the morning
(not to mention my shoulder will lock for no reason lol)
Im 27, but ive been playing scince the sega genesis, #sonicthehedgehog. So compared to a good percentage of the player base in most games yeah im old. Shoot, who here remember madden 95 on the 64? Any body play smash bros on the game cube?
Who out there is an old gamer like me and proud of it.
I may be physically 22 but with all the crap I’ve always had to put up with I feel around 55ish
I’m 42. If you didn’t grow up playing on a console system that hooked up to the only TV in your house and you only got monochrome graphics and had to deal with a controller that only had one control stick and one button, you’re “young” IMHO
Considering that Poptarts which primary marketing range is 12-17 are using Overwatch Lootboxes to help sell their product 28 may actually be old for Overwatch.
You’re close…I’m 29.
Is 47 old? damn it is…
Been here since season 3
get the walkingframe
lol these discussions are hilarious. It’s the same old thing, been going on since forever. Kids want to be grown ups, so they pretend- and they try to emulate their parents and other adults they see. They identify with “old” not really knowing what that even means. Look back on your life just 5 or 10 years ago, and see how much of a difference there is between now and then.
Nobody is ever really “old” until you start to actually believe it yourself. You could however correctly identify with that term when you have grandchildren, I suppose. It’s still up to you though. I’ve met people in their 60’s and 70’s who are still very active and healthy as if they were in their 30’s still.
Mind over matter. But people in their 20’s trying to validate their “old” status hahahaha.
I’m 21 but grew up with an Atari. Does that count?
I’m old in spirit and in joint/general bone health.
I’m 24. Feelsbad
edit because everyone seems to be talking about it: I was also raised on SEGA/Super Nintendo, my parents used to be big nerds
I’m 46. I was playing Diablo and Warcraft on my Windows 95 Hewlett Packard PC before most OW players were born.
Get off my lawn!
I’m 24 I do find myself old now when I listen to kids in voice chat or highschool teens chit chatting and what not, sorta makes me wanna go back in time.
I don’t think you guys understand when I say my very first video game ever was Pong on the Atari console.
Oh man did you ever have to do the :// .exe stuff to play games like Reader Rabbit? Man, those were the days. I remember waking my grandma up because I couldn’t remember the command sequence to launch the games, and taught myself to read with Mavis Beacon and stuff like that. I could out-type all my peers like crazy. The whir-click-whine of the Dial Up. Good times.
i feel dead inside for about 14 years now, and i’m only 26. I wish i could end this
I remember when I nagged on my mother to buy me a Sega lol Contra was my fav game.
Heck yeah! I remember the day I got cable internet in 1998. I stared at the screen and couldn’t believe what I was witnessing.
