This would allow her to actually do some moves in air instead of being a easy target in the air

The only thing is that I don’t think they’ll buff her without nerfing the Pharmercy synergy in some manner due to how prominent they were/are in OWL.
Which I know is a cruddy reason, but that’s unfortunately how some heroes are balanced. Pharah seems to fall in the, “Used in OWL? Can’t be buffed for ladder” category.
They can make like the Titan Twilight Garrison air dodge in Destiny
