Allow keybindings of F13 through F24

Please allow us to bind keys from F13 to F24. They are not physically on the keyboard (anymore), but they are still recognized by operating systems.

Personally, I play on Linux with Steam Proton and my mouse has additional buttons that are not recognized by the OS but I can bind them to other keys using Piper (which uses ratbag). I prefer to bind to F13-F24 because it doesn’t overlap with keys physically present on the keyboard.

Why do you need keybinds for OW at all?
At most you can press 5 different things on like 2 people?

I mean, you can fit (and remap) all the buttons you need on a controller. Keyboard is already overkill.

You have like 15 other letters on the keyboard to use

You can bind things like emotes or specific team queues.

There’s literally like pages of possible keybinds in the game. Just because you can functionally cram the minimal subset necessary to play on a controller doesnt mean there arent additional useful mappings.

Yes, and a keyboard has more than the up to 12ish buttons a controller can have. That’s why it seems funny.
You don’t even need to get into f# anything.

I think maybe you misunderstand the request. The issue isn’t that OP ran out of buttons, it’s that he’s using a remapping tool to make use of keyboard keys that dont interfere with other functionality.

As an example, I actually have one of my mouse buttons rebound to F23 as a push to talk key (for discord), because it doesn’t interfere with other software. No normal application uses this key for anything. If I just bound it to the default mouse key or rebound the mouse key to an existing keyboard button, I might randomly type something or do an action unintentionally every time I try to talk to my friends on discord.
