hi there, i recently made a new twitch account and logged onto there to connect my battle net account and my xbox account as I play strictly on xbox. when i connected my battle net account to my new twitch account, all my previous unlocked sprays from pink mercy, nano cola and ana bastet were all missing on my account and were replaced with each characters “icon” sprays.
Twitch rewards are linked to the specific Twitch account, I believe you need to stay linked to the original twitch account to retain those rewards.
i have reconnected my battle net account to my original twitch account and the rewards haven’t returned, i’ll be checking again tomorrow otherwise i guess i’ll have to deal with the loss.
