Good afternoon. I play the game relatively recently. I understand that previously sold skins will no longer be sold. But I would like to have the opportunity to view skins in the wardrobe of the skins, even those that will never go on sale.
Or to make a fitting room mode, where each player can try on every skin live, and decides for himself to buy it or not, as well as look at all the skins ever released.

I do believe you can see them all if you use the filters. For what ever reason a few the exclusives wont’ turn up on their own. But if you do all un owned skins I believe even things like the timed exclusives show up in the hero’s gallery.
Only exception I think is the OWL team skins. Though more viewing ability be nice. Being able to walk around in a dressing room or something free form be nice. Sort of like trying clothes on at the store.

Go to filters and select all. That way you can see every item that has ever come to this game

No, there are no temporary skins there
You need to check the ‘Legacy’ box to see old skins.

No. You should be able to drop into a tinier version of workshop chamber with little ramps and ledges and tech geometry and the option to switch first/third person view with an optional angle that allows you to view the hero head-on and see what the skin will look like before deciding to invest.
Free cam optional.

It would be nice, if you could try on the skins and look at your emotes and highlight intros with those skins before you buy it.
Reaper’s ratking is good example. You hardly see his mask on the preview. Some skins just look better in preview, but wont look as good in emotes / victory poses etc.
