Blizzard support sent me here.
After linking the xbox account I had OW1 had all my skins and all the progression, it’s all gone!!! Everything that was accumulated over so many years of playing is gone. Now I have the same as on the pc just a bare version of OW2
What do I do now?!

So this is not a technical issue but more likely an account issue. That means no one here on the forums will be able to assist with troubleshooting it.
I can offer some information on what causes this:
Support cannot see any data related to your console profile. We cannot see merge status nor can we link or merge accounts/progress for you.
If the account merge was successful and any progress you had on console disappeared around this time, it means your console account had previously been linked to and merged to another battlenet account.
Progress for an Overwatch 2 console account may only be merged one time. Once it is merged, that progress resides with the battlenet account it was merged to. This is intentional and there is no method available to move, duplicate, reset or replace the progress to another battlenet account.
The only way to regain access to that progress would be to relink the console to the original battlenet account and go from there.
Please note that linking and unlinking a console account to multiple battle.net accounts can invoke a cooldown of 365 days to prevent linking abuse. This is a security measure designed to prevent potential abuse of the system and cannot be reset. You should be able to relink to the original account but you will not be able to link to other accounts.
If you need assistance in locating or recovering access to the original battle.net account, I recommend submitting a ticket,
Click your name at the top right of this page, click support, click contact support.
Provide as much information as you can to assist with locating the original account and verifying ownership. (email, battletag, any invoice/order ids (found in the email sent relating to that specific purchase.) That will help our accounts agents track down the account and get it back under your control.
