All Might Rein skin has zero ult audio cues for Enemies

Currently there is no audio played for many of the audio cues enemies here from opposing Reinhardts.

There is Zero Sound for Enemy Reinhardt Ult, and other audio cues seem either missing or quiet when going AGAINST enemy reinhardts.

It is currently Pay to win because of this bug in matches.

Its so frustrating, I even tried the subtitles thinking maybe it was just me, but nope.

Doubt it will be changed, the football skin has had a .000001ms audio cue for forever
