I think so if a team wants to keep Zarya but I usually see teams replace Zarya with Hammond because Zarya isn’t part of dive while D.va is a dive tank and works really well with Winston.
Yeah isn’t it called “Protect McCree” or something like that? My guess would be from OWWC with South Korea, McCree replaces Zarya because Carpe plays Zarya in GOATS comp
What’s Slambulance? I’m guessing Hogulance is using Roadhog in the comp?
Sounds like Quad Tanks (Reinhardt, Zarya, D.va, Roadhog, Moira, and Lucio)?
For me, watching a mirror match up going against each other is boring (when watching OWWC and Contenders). However GOATS vs lets say MOATS is fun to watch because at least the teams are not complete mirror match ups. I’ve ran GOATS a few times in competitive matches and I admit, it’s a lot of fun to play! I usually play Brigitte or Lucio
Any source? Ana/Zen/Lucio cores have a history of not having quite enough damage; the last time they were used seriously was S5, and the current meta appears unsuitable.
Just watching a bunch of GMs play, and looking at the pick rates on overbuff. I don’t have a video of someone talking about it, but I could go look if you want a source.
'Nade became important, because if you could anti the group, you rolled them, also there was a lot of big targets for sleep, and by the time they would wake, the combat was over. As from the slambulance vod, you can see the fights are usually pretty short.
Same way Zen was added, but for the healing, but because what it could do on the enemy team. If you could down one of the targets faster than the other team it was a strong thing to do.
Anyway if you look at GM pick rates for the last month, you will see Ana and Zen both have higher pick rates than Brigitte, and that has gone on for a while. They moved off Brigitte pretty early.
Yeah but GM plays waaay too much DPS and far too little Dva to be playing goats all the time; the high pickrates are from seeing Ana and Zen used in more conventional comps instead of replacing Brig in goats. The limited set of GM streamers I watch seems to confirm this.
A Pygmy’s gonna cost ya 1 to 4 Harmony Orbs, depending on their characteristics such as age, sex and temperament. Starting prices for fainting goats are gonna be about 4 Harmony Orbs, with a prime one being around 8.
Unfortunately, Bubble Shields are no longer valid payment, as they have been deemed antiquated and, thus, out of circulation in all of GOATSville.
