I have purchased the all access pass and have not received the items. Please assist.
Greetings, the most common issue so far is that players are forgetting to claim the items in the Loot tab, on Twitch. Simply click on each item icon, then click the purple “Redeem” button in the pop-up. Otherwise please check my guide for help:
