Ahhh wonderful....the conditional macros are back

Ran up on a doomfist today that automatically blocked sniper shots or sojourn alt fire. Also played an Orissa that automatically speared me using aimbot/conditional any time I went to use my melee attack on JunkerQueen. Even from behind lol, she would swing around and spear me away.

Wonderful to see aim bot isn’t the only thing the absolute worst community (bnet kids) in the history of gaming are using.

Does console have cheaters too like this?

To my knowledge console can’t do the things PC cheaters can. I’m sure it’s possible but just going to be super rare due to difficulty. The only thing you’re going to see on console on any kind of consistent basis is some kind of connection/lag exploits and maybe some macroing through controllers and/or 3rd party keyboard/mouse set ups.

As long as the game is F2p> its going to be a dumpster fire that continues to blaze.

Never heard of conditional macros, but that sounds horrible. I just thought macros were buttons that executed a string of other button inputs? Have they advanced far enough to have logic inside them? Or is it something different?

I don’t use this type of thing so forgive my ignorance.

Swear I saw this a few times with a Sigma while playing Rein. Blocked like all my shatters somehow. I wasn’t even being obvious about it.

And how do u expect “conditional macros” to work?
Call it CMAC from here on.

By frame interdiction or packet inspect?

Naaa. The tech has moved on. And I’m saying this as someone who teaches grade 4 kids how to code better than Bill Warneckbeard.

We already insert fake frames (the client-server proc a near-visual glitch for 2-3 frames and jbait the aimbot code into a fake flick that no human would take). Or we inject spoof packets that honeybot the CMAC response. We already monitor and audit all kinds of calls, os/sys behaves. And we already ML the I/O patterns to see if human vs. not.

You thought it was a snipe, but it wasn’t, and ur bot took the bait and deflected on queue, as we planned it. That’s an ez grade4 child’s first flag, and u go back to coding school.

So no, I don’t buy it. And it’s not even my profession.
If I can walk into a room with 0 xp and scare ppl with these ideas then i expect the real pros making socal sixfigs to be a little better than that. Unless their hiring is rigged?

yes
20 chararacters.

I mean, why not? It’s just a page from botting, if somewhat advanced.

guess you have been out of the loop for quite some time grandpa! ofc there are hackers in console so stop spreading misinformation. I won’t go into details but it is easy to pull that crap in console too. For example, nobody believed it was possible to hack Elden Ring in console until clips of people with infinite HP starting to appear, i myself found a couple of them while doing PvP. So yes, it is possible to do it.

Actually it’s pretty common cheaters on console just less then pc

since Overwatch launch, i’ve never seen a cheater on console. The most you’ll get is mouse and keyboard users if you consider that cheating.

Going to be learning Verse to teach them that when it lands?

It is going to be amazing, but damn, what a wild ride it will be.

How do you even automatically block a hitscan shot?

It’s not macros. It’s terrible matchmaking putting you with people way above your skill level. It doesn’t help that everything JQ does is extremely telegraphed.

I play on console, I’ve seen a lot of aim bots, but that’s really it when it comes to cheaters on console.

I am aware of such macro for MMO games, that checks specific pixel on your screen and activates health potions, when necessary. Basically, “if pixel_color != red, press button” kind of logic.

For FPS, it’s possible to check screen for shooting animation colors and perform action, faster than human normaly can.

Note, that those macros do not interact with game in any unusual method. They use functions of OS itself, which are normal. They are written in automation languages, like AutoIt, so it’s not some insane level of programming either. You can even add delay or extra checks in code to circumvent all those “anticheat” measures.

Also, things you describe aren’t used in games that often, as all that monitoring severely degrades performance. Encrypting game traffic can protect from all kinds of network-related cheats, but it increases system requirements on both sides.

I don’t think thats possible.

Hitscan shots are instantaneous how could he possibly have a bot that could react and block hitscan widow shots not to mention the ping.

I could see it for projectile heroes like Hanzo or to stop shatters but to stop hitscan idk.

It’s possible, if visual effect appears, before actual shot happens.

Are you sure the Doom just isn’t good? I’ve had multiple times where I can predict when a sniper/sojourn will use their weapon. Also like CyroForel said, they’re hitscan, if a conditional macro works for it that would be insane but I doubt it.
