Brigitte, actually. I think the shield nerf is more impactful than people think. Low to mid-ranked players won’t notice it because they don’t shoot the shield anyway, but she’s going to get even further wrecked in high-level games.
I honestly don’t think anyone’s in desperate need of a buff, but there are definitely some heroes who could use a little tweaking.
Roadhog is probably one, but I’m not familiar enough with him to know what would make the most sense.
Bastion has been the definition of niche for ages now, but he can be an absolute menace with the proper support. I’ve also seen some incredible Bastion one-tricks who constantly repositioned and flanked with some really great results… so, I’m not sure what would make sense for him without encouraging the most boring style of play imaginable. And a rework doesn’t seem warranted, IMO.
Symmetra could probably use a slight buff to her left click, but nothing major.
Mercy would probably be perfect at 55 HP/s, but I think she’s very close to balanced for the first time in a long time. Whether she’s fun, well that’s another issue.

Pharah: Damage on impact increased another 10~
Reaper: Slightly tighter spread and a less damage fall off.
I mean, she’s still edit: one of the most mobile hero in the game, she can still provide the most consistent, uninterrupted heals in the game, and she can still completely negate a kill every 30 seconds. She has a lot going for her.
I agree that 50 HP/s is probably a bit low, hence why I suggested 55 HP/s, but she’s really close to balanced.
She’s not close to balanced she is the only hero in the game who’s ult has practically no effect on a team fight, she is nowhere near the most mobile hero as long as Hammond and Genji exist and she can’t negate a kill mid fight she needs to do it before an engagement or after otherwise she will be melted. There was literally nothing wrong with 60hps any GOOD Ana could out heal her as well as Moira.

I suppose I agree that Hammond is actually the most mobile hero in the game now, but that doesn’t take away from the insane mobility Mercy has. In a game as fast-paced and chaotic as Overwatch, mobility is incredibly strong. Being able to fly to any ally within 30 meters is a god-send, and can easily get Mercy out of sticky situations every 1.5 seconds.
But yeah, I’m not trying to get into a big Mercy discussion. I’m just stating my opinion on her. I don’t think she’s too far away from being balanced. I mean, 10 HP/s is all that changed to take her from a must-pick to whatever she is now (I say balanced, a lot of other people say desperately needing a buff).
I think Hammond needs a buff to be honest
If u have no impact in the game u could literally be able to teleport everywhere and still do anything lel.
I think it’s pretty disingenuous to suggest Mercy has no impact in the game. Like I said, I think she could probably use a +5 HP/s buff, but other than that I don’t think she’s far off the mark of being balanced.

Not when the overwhelming amount of CC we have exists, mobile heroes have their counters on the enemy team nearly every game. If she was still such a must pick after 13 nerfs she didn’t need a 14th her fellow healers needed buffs…
(I say underpowered, so do a lot of others)
