I really need to get in touch with human support to help me. I’m so helpless right now.
Today, I unexpectedly received an email from Blizzard indicating that I had violated their In-Game Code of Conduct and infringed upon the rights of other players, resulting in the banned of my account. I am perplexed by this decision. Upon reviewing Blizzard’s game rules:
- Communication, I primarily chat with my boyfriend and friends; as an introverted individual, I hesitate to share information on public channels. The only instance I recall was a few days ago during a qualifying match when another player insulted me for underperforming; my most intense reaction was simply to avoid him after the game. If anyone deserves reprimand, it should be him rather than myself!
- Naming, my in-game ID is TSUKI—derived from the Japanese word for ‘moon,’ which relates to my real name and poses no offense to others. Additionally, I’ve recently activated anonymous mode to ensure that my ID does not offend anyone else in any way.
- Cheating, I can assure you with utmost sincerity that I would never engage in such behavior; as a dedicated Overwatch player who even signed a contract with the Shanghai Dragons team prior to OWL’s closure for promotional work and it is inconceivable for me to cheat while maintaining a ranking between gold and platinum tiers! My recent win rate reflects more defeats than victories; thus it contradicts both my character and ethical standards if accused otherwise.
- Behavior, this aligns with what I’ve previously stated regarding cheating—it goes against everything I stand for ethically within gaming culture itself. Frankly speaking, I’m often bullied by other players due to my relatively low skill level (around gold), so if I’m penalized because of this situation while bullies face no consequences or notifications about their bans or suspensions—yet receive permanent account termination? This seems profoundly unjust! As a female gamer experiencing discrimination here feels particularly disheartening given. I’d purchased LE SSERAFIM MEGA BUNDLE along with Pink Angel through in-game transactions on August 30th—I have immense passion for Overwatch! Thus being banned without reasonable justification leaves me feeling quite despondent. So please help me ! I have not violated any of the above behaviors, I have guaranteed a high quality game player quality, it is not me who should be banned, I hope GM can intervene and make me this female player to be treated correctly.
