AFK tank due to "Lack of heals"

A player would go AFK during a competitive match because he “wasnt getting enough heals” despite me and the kiriko doing absolutely EVERYTHING to keep them alive.
They would literally just dive all the enemies without any dps help then complain about dying.

How do we deal with this as i don’t want to de-rank due to a bad teammate?

It is only one game that you have him in. He has himself in every game and if he keeps it up he’s headed for bronze.
