Rosaharld skin (Pink) for Rein is the one skins for sure that I am missing. I have been using it for a while now and I log in and its just gone. I cant even see it in the store to rebuy even though I already own it. There are added skins I dont remember owning on Mercy and Lucio but to be fair I dont use them that much so its possible that I did collect them with my current play amount but it just didnt seem to be right…

Yes I had gamepass for 1 month for Frostpunk 2 and to get the OW skins from linking. Started 21 Sep expired a few days ago.
So that would be around 5 weeks ago, in the other thread I guessed my skin reset-to-default issue might have started around 6 weeks ago. It very well might have been after the gamepass linking.
Sounds like you have a juicy explanation or fix to share. Awaiting

I think I might know the problem, BUT you should still have the skin so i think maybe they have made a mistake? Basically with game pass, it allows you to get cosmetics, skins, etc from the past 3 seasons for free! just goes straight into your account, however the downside to this is that once it’s been longer than 3 season you lose it and it disappears from your account, if that makes sense. However the mercy skin was only re-released 2 seasons ago, which is why you should still have the skin? so my guess is that you’re game pass may have potentially overrided your cosmetics and skins etc, or something to do with the game pass ahaha which sucks. I have the game pass as well and I can’t say I’ve had this problem so unfortunately I don’t have a fix for you 
think it might just be a very very uncommon bug or a problem with your account specifically, could try reach out to an admin or someone from the overwatch team or from one of these forums to help you out if you can? I know it can be a bit difficult and all that, or maybe Microsoft could help! as it seems to be a problem with their game pass, and Microsoft does now own part of overwatch ahaha so could try the Microsoft team as well maybe? hope I could help
Edit: the added skins you said you have now as well would definitely be the game pass, I have them as well so at least that explains that ahahah

I do! Added that game pass connection and after that I did notice the outfit issues. I didn’t think that they took some off as things like the Pink Rein were like one time cosmetics.
Interesting! that could be it, I checked when I first told someone about my issue and it’s the day after my gamepass expired, so yeah maybe it overwrote my ownership of skins. Personally the Ultrawatch skin I’m missing is from season 12, so within the 3 season window.
SOLVED: After some research I read the Ana Ultrawatch skin was not in the battlepass, you had to pay for it! So I NEVER actually owned it! it was apparently as you said, the gamepass gave me access to skins from the last 3 seasons!
I had been avoiding playing the game since I lost the skin, great to know I can return without feeling scammed!

I was thinking on this more and I am not sure exactly if this is the cause of my problem. My reasoning for this is I had the pink Rein skin before I connected my GamePass. It was after the game pass was connected and the skins they gave me that my pink Rein skin disappeared. As for the Mercy skin that I don’t remember having it was the Wyvern skin that I now have on my account. I could be wrong but I don’t remember that skin coming back in a BP or even in the shop for me. This skin also did appear ( That I noticed) after the GamePass connection. Im really not sure what to do in this case as I really would like my skin for Rein back but I dont even know where to begin.
maybe connecting the game pass some how overrides it by mistake? which of course would be a bug ahaha
