In stadium, there are several interesting powers at level 2 that I would like to keep, but level 3 powers are generally stronger. It would be interesting if we could spend the 10,000 points to upgrade a power instead of buying a 10,000-point level 3 one, because sometimes the ability of a level 2 power is more interesting.
