No, you have to give it to Reaper. Then he and Soldier can spam back and forth “I’m not your father!” “No, I am your father!”
And that would be where you use D.Va’s line “Bwah! No way!”

Good point. I just thought of that too. If the hand is severed, and she’s clutching it, what’s she using to hold onto the railing?
Isn’t luke kind of wrapped around the pole to hold himself up?
All the images I can find just show his handless arm flailing around while his still handed arm holds him up.

You can’t have Soldier with a “No, I’m your father” voiceline. You need to give it to another hero so they can respond to his “I’m not your father” line.
“No, I’m your father” should go to Rein, Hog, or Winston.
Should be reaper, his story is similar to Anakin’s
