Add a toggle option for Freja's Take Aim Ability

I have the toggle scope options for Ana, Ashe, and Widowmaker. This should also be an accessibility option for Freja as well. Maybe also have an option to trigger the Take Aim shot with the release on aim.

many will say this doesn’t matter, but I had a double click on my mouse once and the toggle scope option really saved me until I could get a new one.

I think they might add it on the full release of the hero

THIS!!
I’m so used to toggle quickscoping with the other sniper heroes, so having to hold down the ADS for Freya, even for a second, feels really weird and uncomfortable.
