Acquiring OWL points inquiry for upcoming allstar skins

im trying to prepare for the upcoming genji and tracer all star skins so i can get em when they release. so my questions are:

  1. can i get OWL points by watching a rerun when the stream is LIVE?
    2)can i get OWL points by watching the VODS on twitch?
    3)can i get 100 points(is there a chance) doing the above 2 questions?

im getting mixed responses reading the official support site and the community. would like a definitive answer for this. Thanks.

Far as I know, you cannot get any. Getting them from VODS has always been disabled, but if they’ve changed something due to the off-season I’d like to know as well.

I’m not too bent on getting the skins, and am mostly just curious.

someone posted a reply to their support ticket sometime early this year that you CAN get points for watching reruns at the very least.
