achievements were added to qp classic a patch or three ago, although this change was not documented in the original version release notes

all of this was confirmed by Jeff: ‘Can a dev clarify QPC Achieves? - #2 by JeffreyKaplan’

edit: added “original version” as a qualifier for the release notes in question. It appears they have updated it since then
