my account was banned on the 12th of june 2020. it says i was banned for hacking even though i was not hacking. i am a gold player jeff please unban. i have pacific genji, and every owl genji skin bruh. please unban me D:

CS is busy, they have alot of tickets and reports to review.
Don’t ticket spam that will not help, also yeah forums aren’t going to do anything for you.
I’m 100% sure their anticheat isn’t malfunctioning.
People complain they don’t ban cheaters enough, though i think it’s not too strict.
Do note running third party overlays like visor.gg is bannable.
Apart from that running other software to do automated actions for you is also bannable, like macro’s/autoclickers.
It’s possible that a cracked windows or other cracked games on your computer can also be detected as hacks.
Hacks for other games might also have been detected, or you really were hacking which i really am not doubting.
what cheats. i literally played on alt accounts the same day and those havent been banned
You can’t be talking about your bans on the forums here, you are suppose to contact support to appeal and they pass the message along to the people who can handle the ban appeal.

If your account was banned or suspended ‘wrongfully’ you can challenge the suspension/ban by appealing through customer support.

That is because they’ve detected cheats on that other account, they do not group accounts per household.
Meaning the detection range is well quite small then for your other accounts if only your other account has been reported for investigation.

Are any of them closed though. If they are closed, that means you won’t be getting an appeal any time soon.

Check them right there, if they are marked as closed, resolved or archived then something has been done with them.
Well what the hell, bud? Go look and see, if they are closing your tickets without a response that means they probably aren’t going to unban you.
Also we are just members of the community like you, while we can provide theories as to why that may be going on for you. We can’t unban you, we don’t have that kind of power.
