Hey! I’ve been playing overwatch for years now and spent a lot of money and time on my account, recently I moved country for a working holiday and I’ve been playing in a pc cafe. I received an email that my account is being closed and I’ve submitted 3 separate tickets over the course of a few weeks asking what terms of service I broke and to see the evidence but I’m only ever met with an automated message.
I’ve never received a suspension or ban before, I’m hard stuck bronze dps and silver support (plus I don’t really play comp bc that’s not my idea of a good time) I never use game chat or voice chat unless it’s “gg”
Does anyone have any advice on how I can find out why I’ve been banned or advice on how to contact support further as now they’re just not replying to me.
