I don’t work at Blizzard, so I can’t send you any email or messages regarding your account. I recommend opening a ticket with the staff to get this info.

They just gave me a useless link to their help page and i can appeal my suspension, but i do not want to appeal, i just want to know for how long i’m suspended for.
It’s so unclear to me, but you’re telling me that i did not submit a ticket to tech support by asking it in the technical support category of the forums?
That’s right! This is just a forum, you subimt a ticket at Contact Support - Blizzard Support
You have to pick a game, in this case Overwatch, describe your issue, go all the wya down and still need help, then select account, then not listen here, then contact us, and you’ll have the option to submit a ticket or go to live chat.
Remember to describe your issue so that they can help you quickly and promptly.
