My account was stolen on Thursday night, and I put in a ticket to have all of my credentials changed to a new email address. Three days later when I finally received a message, the ticket was marked as resolved and the account was reset to an email address I never provided. How is it possible to reset my account to a random email? Am I going to have to wait three more days to get a response from someone?

It looks like your updated tickets have received replies and the issue resolved. In the future technical support is no the place for a post like this nor is the forums in general. Wait times have been a bit higher than normal due to several things happening at once and GMs are working as quickly as they can to lower the queue time.
